释义	按我国的现行政策，法定的继承人如果对死者生前有虐待、遗弃的行为，或者犯有非法谋夺被继承人财产的犯罪行为，司法机关除追究其刑事责任外，民事上还剥夺其继承权。被遗嘱指定的继承人或受遗赠人，在立遗嘱后，有口述违反法律和道德的行为时，立遗嘱人死亡未变更遗嘱，司法机关也可剥夺他的继承权或受遗赠权。《中华人民共和国继承法》第七条《最高人民法院关于贯彻执行《中华人民共和国继承法》若干问题的意见》
