释义	法律主观：可能会中断诉讼时效；诉讼时效因提起诉讼、当事人一方提出要求或者同意履行义务而中断。从中断时起，诉讼时效期间重新计算。可以引起诉讼时效中断的法定事由有以下三种：1、提起诉讼，指权利人向法院或者仲裁机构提出请求，申请给予法律上的保护。2、当事人一方提出请求，即权利人向对方主张权利、提出履行义务的要求。3、当事人同意履行义务。如果只是部分履行部分不履行，没有征得债权人同意的情况下，不适用诉讼时效中断
