释义	还在试用期内辞职不能马上走，要三天后才可以走，法律规定对于试用期辞职的要提前三天提出，并需要给工资;而且用人单位是不能克扣其工资的，如果用人单位无故克扣其工资的，劳动者可以向当地的劳动监察部门进行投诉或者申请劳动仲裁。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条  劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
