释义	法律分析: 辅路靠右行驶不算逆行，不会扣分。辅路属于主干道路的组成部分，若属于普通道路的，驾驶机动车在此逆行，一次记3分，处警告或者二十以上两百以下罚款；若属于高速路或者城市快速路的，驾驶机动车在此逆行，一次记12分，处警告或者二十以上两百以下罚款。《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
