释义	买卖合同如果当事人约定了合同的有效期的，则约定的有效期到了买卖合同就会失效；如果当事人没有约定合同有效期的，则不存在有效期的问题，除非合同义务履行完毕，或者合同被解除以及被宣告撤销、无效的，合同的权利义务就会终止。法律依据《民法典》第一百六十条，民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。
