释义	法律分析: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》并没有关于试用期工资的相关规定。但是《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》规定用人单位对于试用期内的员工要支付工资。试用期内工资不能低于合同约定转正工资的百分之八十，同时不能低于所在地最低工资标准。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
