释义	已经生效的债权转让协议是可以解除的，但是需要转让人与受让人协商一致；或者出现法定以及转让合同约定的解除情形才可以解除。否则一方单方面解除合同的行为属于违约责任，另一方可以要求继续履行合同，或者要求解除一方承担其他违约责任。法律依据《民法典》第五百六十二条，当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
