释义	保险合同是诺成合同，投保人欲投保，承包人同意承保，保险合同就订立了，不必然要求签订书面合同。但是投保人在收到保险合同并书面签收后的一段时间一般为10日，投保人可以提出解除保险合同的申请，保险人扣除工本费后退还其所缴的保险费。这就是保险犹豫期。如果尚处于保险犹豫期内可以退保。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《社会保险法》第九条工会依法维护职工的合法权益，有权参与社会保险重大事项的研究，参加社会保险监督委员会，对与职工社会保险权益有关的事项进行监督。
