释义	监狱服刑人员不享受医保服务。服刑期间的医疗费是由国家承担的。原则上不侍大高管是不是在服刑期间得的病，只要在监狱，手术费用由监狱付，具体是由所在的监区支付。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十六职工基本医疗保险、新型老尺农村合作医疗和仿枣城镇居民基本医疗保险的待遇标准按照国家规定执行。第二十八条符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
