释义	法律分析：车辆超载的，一般处以两百元以上五百元以下的罚款。如果超过额定乘员百分之二十的，就要处以五百元以上两千元以下的罚款。如果单位的运输车辆有超载情形，经过处罚还不改正的，还要处以两千元以上五千元以下的罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第一百零六条公路客运载客汽车超过核定乘员、载货汽车超过核定载质量的，公安机关交通管理部门依法扣留机动车后，驾驶人应当将超载的乘车人转运、将超载的货物卸载，费用由超载机动车的驾驶人或者所有人承担。
