被迫打欠条法院怎么判
释义
法律分析：被人胁迫、强迫写下借条，如果是存在合法真实债权债务关系，虽然其行为不当，但不影响债权债务关系的成立，债务人应当偿还债务。
但若基于他人胁迫不得已签下借据，且不存在合法真实债权债务关系，受胁迫写下的欠条构成虚假债权债务关系，属于可撤销的合同。被胁迫一方可以向人民法院或者仲裁机构申请撤销。
法律依据：《民法典》第一百五十条，一方或者第三人以胁迫手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受胁迫方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
