释义	法律分析：劳动合同签一年的情况下，中间是可以辞职的，劳动者中途随时都是可以辞职的，劳动者辞职，只需要提前一个月以书面的形式通知用人单位就可以解除劳动关系。试用期内辞职，劳动者只需要提前3日通知用人单位，即可解除与单位的劳动关系。法律没有要求通知的形式，因此书面通知和口头通知都是符合要求的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
