释义	员工辞职，只需要提前三十天以书面的形式通知单位，试用期提前三天通知单位即可，到期直接办理离职手续，并且要求单位结清工资。并不需要什么理由。如果单位拒绝支付工资，那么员工可以申请劳动仲裁进行维权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。《资支付暂行条例》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
