释义	法律分析: 在法律上，生父母和亲子女之间，只有在亲子女被他人依法收养的情况下才会被认为是断绝关系。其他任何情况下，无论是单方或是双方共同声明“断绝关系”都是无效的。父母对未成年子女抚养教育的义务，成年子女赡养父母的义务，都不会因此而终止。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十四条父母与子女间的关系，不因父母离婚而消除。离婚后，子女无论由父或者母直接抚养，仍是父母双方的子女。
