释义	法律分析：女方父母强制要彩礼属于违法。彩礼是有条件的赠与。赠与人说送赠给谁的，就是赠给谁的。男方只要表明，彩礼是赠给新娘本人的，新娘就可以要求自己父母返还这笔彩礼钱。情形严重的还可以能构成暴力干涉婚姻自由罪，并接受刑事处罚。实行婚姻自由，禁止包办婚姻，也禁止借婚姻之名索取财物。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
