释义	法律分析: 用人单位承担工伤事故赔偿责任，当然应当包括承担工伤职工伤残鉴定的费用，初次伤残鉴定的费用由用人单位来承担，包括鉴定费、检查费、诊断费、鉴定人的差旅费等，用人单位为职工购买了工伤保险且足额缴纳保险费的，该费用由工伤保险基金支付。法律依据: 《工伤保险条例》第二十三条劳动能力鉴定由用人单位、工伤职工或者其近亲属向设区的市级劳动能力鉴定委员会提出申请，并提供工伤认定决定和职工工伤医疗的有关资料。
