释义	公司被吊销不注销的公司法人和股东，首先在5年内不能再当股东或者法人注册新公司。公司如果被税务吊销，将来这些股东或者法人到税务部门登记自己相关名下的公司时，税务局将不会给进行税务登记。法律依据《公司法》第二百一十一条，公司成立后无正当理由超过六个月未开业的，或者开业后自行停业连续六个月以上的，可以由公司登记机关吊销营业执照。公司登记事项发生变更时，未依照本法规定办理有关变更登记的，由公司登记机关责令限期登记；逾期不登记的，处以一万元以上十万元以下的罚款。
