释义	法定代理人是指根据法律规定，代理无诉讼行为能力的当事人进行诉讼，直接行使诉讼代理权的人。无诉讼行为能力的公民进行诉讼活动只能由其监护人为法定代理人代理其进行诉讼活动。法定代理人是全权代理，其法律地位相当于当事人，其代理权限不受限制，可以行使被代理享有的全部权利。【法律依据】《民事诉讼法》第五十七条，无诉讼行为能力人由他的监护人作为法定代理人代为诉讼。法定代理人之间互相推诿代理责任的，由人民法院指定其中一人代为诉讼。
