释义	法律分析：明令禁止重婚，任何人都不得同时有两个或两个以上的配偶，一切公开的或变相的一夫多妻、一妻多夫的结合都是非法的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零九十一条有下列情形之一，导致离婚的，无过错方有权请求损害赔偿：（一）重婚；（二）与他人同居；（三）实施家庭暴力；（四）虐待、遗弃家庭成员；（五）有其他重大过错。第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
