释义	法律分析: 劳动合同一年一签，如果经用人单位与劳动者依法协商达成一致的，一般是合法的。但是在连续订立二次固定期限的劳动合同后，如果符合法定的情形的，双方当事人应当签订无固定期限的劳动合同。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
