释义	法律分析：旅客未办理“变更到站”而乘车去往新到站时，所乘列车途经新到站和原到站的，对原车票按规定办理补签等变更手续，新到站超过原到站的乘车区间按越站办理所乘列车不经原到站的，请重新购票，原车票可按规定办理改签、变更到站或退票。法律依据：《铁路旅客运输规程》第三十七条旅客在中转站和列车上要求变更经路时，必须在客票有效期能够到达到站时方可办理。第三十八条旅客在车票到站前要求越过到站继续乘车时，在有运输能力的情况下列车应予以办理。核收越站区间的票价和手续费。
