释义	每张火车票只能改签一次，改签之后火车票是可以退票的，但要核收相应的手续费。在开车前15天(不含)以上退票的，不收取退票费；火车票上乘车站开车时间前48小时以上的按票价5%计，24小时以上、不足48小时的按票价10%计，不足24小时的按票价20%计。法律依据《铁路局火车票相关规定》在开车前48小时至15天以内退票的，收取票价5%的退票费;开车前24小时至48小时以内退票的，收取10%退票费;开车前24小时以内退票的，收取20%退票费。
