家庭暴力指什么呢家庭暴力的范围是怎么规定的
释义
家庭暴力应当以家庭成员间发生的暴力行为为限，家庭暴力的实施是以家庭住所为行为场所的特定性，这里的家庭成员应理解为具有亲属身份关系且日常生活中共同居住生活的人员，理解时应当以户籍登记为准。主要指配偶、父母子女、兄弟姐妹、祖孙、婆媳等。家庭暴力是在夫妻之间和其他家庭成员间发生的暴力行为。
【法律依据】
《民法典》第一千零四十二条，禁止包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。
禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。
禁止家庭暴力。禁止家庭成员间的虐待和遗弃。
