法人和执行事务合伙人的概念是哪些？

法人的概念就是具有民事权利能力和民事行为能力，依法独立享有民事权利和承担民事义务的组织，执行事务合伙人的概念就是合伙公司的代表人，相当于合伙公司的法人代表。可见，法人是机构，而执行事务合伙人是自然人。除了合伙公司，其他的公司在注册之后也需要有法人代表。

《中华人民共和国公司法》 第十三条 公司法定代表人依照公司章程的规定，由董事长、执行董事或者经理担任，并依法登记。公司法定代表人变更，应当办理变更登记。
