释义	法律分析：子女被他人收养后,虽然和生父母仍有血缘上的联系,但是,他们之间在法律上的权利义务已经完全解除。父母对送他人收养的子女不再有抚养教育的义务,同样,被收养的子女对生父母也没有赡养的义务。当然,如果被收养的子女自愿赡养生父母的,法律并不禁止。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二十六条父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。
