释义	拒传军令罪，是指军人在战时明知是与作战有关的命令、指示等而故意拒绝传递的行为。假传军令罪，是指军人战时伪造、篡改军事命令并予以传达或发布，对作战造成危害的行为。犯本罪的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑;致使战斗、战役遭受重大损失的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。【法律依据】《刑法》第四百二十二条，故意隐瞒、谎报军情或者拒传、假传军令，对作战造成危害的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑；致使战斗、战役遭受重大损失的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。
