释义	法律分析：社区矫正人员因故外出的，可以按规定办理外出请假手续。法律依据：《社区矫正实施办法》第十三条社区矫正人员未经批准不得离开所居住的市、县（旗）。社区矫正人员因就医、家庭重大变故等原因，确需离开所居住的市、县（旗），在七日以内的，应当报经司法所批准；超过七日的，应当由司法所签署意见后报经县级司法行政机关批准。返回居住地时，应当立即向司法所报告。社区矫正人员离开所居住市、县（旗）不得超过一个月。
