释义	法律分析：如何确定无其他生活来源，生活来源包括多方面，退休金、股份分红、存款及利息所得、房租收入、经营利益、子女赡养、承包收入等等，都属于生活来源。最高院规定的能够获得生活费赔偿的条件“无其他生活来源”，是指除子女赡养外无其他生活收入的情况。完全没有其他收入的当事人当然应当认定其无生活来源。法律依据；《最高人民法院关于审理人身损害赔偿案件适用法律若干问题的解释》第二十八条受害人依法应当承担抚养义务的丧失劳动能力又无其他生活来源的成年近亲属应当确定为被抚养人。
