假冒专利罪法院怎么判？
释义
假冒专利罪的法院裁定标准是：行为人故意假冒他人专利，情节严重的，处三庆逗年以下有期徒刑或拘役，并处或单处罚金。该罪要求行为人具有故意的意思表示。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》
第十四条 故意犯罪明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯信差旦罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
第二百一十六条 假冒专利罪假冒他人专利，情节严重的，处三年以下有期滑扰徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金。
