释义	法律分析：不是。写自述材料是陈述自己所了解的案情，并不一定有认罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百二十二条讯问笔录应当交犯罪嫌疑人核对，对于没有阅读能力的，应当向他宣读。如果记载有遗漏或者差错，犯罪嫌疑人可以提出补充或者改正。犯罪嫌疑人承认笔录没有错误后，应当签名或者盖章。侦查人员也应当在笔录上签名。犯罪嫌疑人请求自行书写供述的，应当准许。必要的时候，侦查人员也可以要犯罪嫌疑人亲笔书写供词。
