释义	法律分析：所谓的经租房，是归属于我国的一些私有房产，在上个世纪五十年代末由政府统一出租，承租方向政府交纳相应的租金。对于经租房，根据目前的国家政策，是不可以返还的。它的归属权依然是属于国家。法律依据：《商品房屋租赁管理办法》第六条有下列情形之一的房屋不得出租：（一）属于违法建筑的；（二）不符合安全、防灾等工程建设强制性标准的；（三）违反规定改变房屋使用性质的；（四）法律、法规规定禁止出租的其他情形。
