问题	借款介绍人应承担保证责任吗
释义	最高人民法院《关于人民法院审理借贷案件的若干意见》规定，在借贷关系中，仅起联系、介绍作用的人，不承担保证责任。对债务的履行确有保证意思表示的，应认定为保证人承担保证责任。由此可知，对于仅起联系、介绍作用的，不用对借贷承担保证责任，但是，对债务的履行确有保证意思表示的，则不论是通过口头或文字表示，都应当对借贷承担保证责任。为此，如果你仅是介绍人，对债务的履行没有保证意思表示，那么就不必承担保证责任，而如果你对债务的履行有保证意思表示，则必须承担保证责任。
