释义	离婚前的信用卡债务属于夫妻共同债务的一般情况下为共同财产偿还，个人债务不分配，由个人承担。夫妻为共同生活或为履行抚养、赡养义务等所负债务，应认定为夫妻共同债务，离婚时应当以夫妻共同财产清偿。婚姻关系存续期间以一方名义所欠的债务，原则上应当认定为夫妻共同债务。但非法债务除外，赌债或从事违法犯罪行为所欠债务要么不受法律保护，要么应由债务人自己一人承担，应该由夫妻共同偿还。但是，如果夫妻一方能够证明该债务确为欠债人个人债务，那么未欠债的婚姻关系当事人可以对抗债权人的请求。
