释义	法律分析：婚前同居的行为，除涉嫌重婚外，一般不认定是违法行为。法律并没有明文规定禁止婚前同居，只要不违背法律规定的事项，婚前同居是被允许的。但是注意不要涉嫌重婚罪，要调查好对方是否已经办理了结婚登记。法律依据：《刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。《民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
