释义	根据我国看守所条例的有关规定，患有精神病或者急性传染病的或者患有其他严重疾病，在羁押中可能发生生命危险或者生活不能自理的，看守所不予收押，没有十大疾病的规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国看守所条例》第十条看守所收押人犯，应当进行健康检查，有下列情形之一的，不予收押：（一）患有精神病或者急性传染病的；（二）患有其他严重疾病，在羁押中可能发生生命危险或者生活不能自理的，但是；罪大恶极不羁押对社会有危险性的除外；（三）怀孕或者哺乳自己不满一周岁的婴儿的妇女。
