释义	法律分析：可以直接到中级法院提起民事诉讼，但是必须符合国家法律法规规定的条件。民事案件由哪一级法院审理，是由最高法院规定的，不是当事人想在哪里审，就在哪里审的。只有重大案件，比如合同纠纷案件的诉讼标的额超过3000万元的经济发达地区超过5000万元的，才能由中级法院审理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第十八条中级人民法院管辖下列第一审民事案件：（一）重大涉外案件；（二）在本辖区有重大影响的案件；（三）最高人民法院确定由中级人民法院管辖的案件。
