跳过中介私自买卖二手房是否要给中介费
释义
根据民法典第九百六十四条规定，居间合同一经签订中介有权收取居间服务费。如果避开中介，当然不用给中介费了。但是，买卖双方直接交易存在巨大的交易风险。
法律依据
《民法典》第九百六十四条，中介人未促成合同成立的，不得请求支付报酬；但是，可以按照约定请求委托人支付从事中介活动支出的必要费用。
