释义	法律分析: 这是不合法的，使用期是用工者对劳动者的一个考察期间，如果试用期通过则会转变为正式的劳动关系，但是试用期间双方仍具有有暂时的实际劳动关系，任然需要支付工资。如果用工者不支付试用期工资则劳动者可以保存相关证据申请劳动仲裁。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十一条用人单位未在用工的同时订立书面劳动合同，与劳动者约定的劳动报酬不明确的，新招用的劳动者的劳动报酬按照集体合同规定的标准执行；没有集体合同或者集体合同未规定的，实行同工同酬。
