释义	法律分析：遗嘱人可以撤销、变更自己所立的遗嘱。立有数份遗嘱,内容相抵触的,以最后的遗嘱为准。自书、代书、录音、口头遗嘱,不得撤销、变更公证遗嘱。一般情况下,遗嘱应为原件,只有复印件,而没有原件的,一般很难得到法院的认可。所以建议保存原件,或者可以去公证处进行遗嘱公证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十二条遗嘱人可以撤回、变更自己所立的遗嘱。立遗嘱后，遗嘱人实施与遗嘱内容相反的民事法律行为的，视为对遗嘱相关内容的撤回。立有数份遗嘱，内容相抵触的，以最后的遗嘱为准。
