释义	所谓案底其实质是犯罪人员的犯罪记录，在我国一般只记录公民的刑事犯罪信息。根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百八十六条的规定：犯罪的时候不满十八周岁，被判处五年有期徒刑以下刑罚的，应当对相关犯罪记录予以封存。因此，对于未成年人犯罪的，符合法定条件，还会讲犯罪记录进行封存
