释义	法律分析：离职了以后企业年金就是没有了的。企业年金本身就是企业为了留住员工而给出的福利，因此若是员工离职，那么就没有了，即便是下一家公司也可以缴纳企业年金，但原先的企业年金也无法转移到新的企业进行缴纳。法律依据：《企业年金试行办法》第十二条职工只有在达到国家规定的退休年龄时，可以从本人企业年金个人账户中领取一次或定期领取企业年金。职工未达到国家规定的退休年龄的，不得从个人账户中提前提取资金。出境定居人员的企业年金个人账户资金，可根据本人要求一次性支付给本人。
