问题	遗嘱继承人可以做遗嘱执行人吗
释义	遗嘱执行人可以是继承人。继承人也可以共同推举一人或几人作为代表执行遗嘱。遗嘱执行人必须是有完全民事行为能力人。如果没有指定遗嘱执行人，又没有继承人，或者继承人没有资格作遗嘱执行人，则应由遗嘱人生前所在单位或者继承地点的基层组织作为遗嘱执行人。第十六条公民可以依照本法规定立遗嘱处分个人财产，并可以指定遗嘱执行人。公民可以立遗嘱将个人财产指定由法定继承人的一人或者数人继承。公民可以立遗嘱将个人财产赠给国家、集体或者法定继承人以外的人《中华人民共和国继承法》第十六条
