阴阳合同是虚假意思嘛
释义
不符合法律规定，一般是无效的。法律承认这份合同有效的前提是:这阴阳合同内容的制定一定不要触犯法律的威严，符合法律制定规定，否则无论是阳合同还是可以被法律承认有效的阴合同都不会被法律所认可，都会受到法律的深深地谴责。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百四十三条 具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：行为人具有相应的民事行为能力;意思表示真实;不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
