释义	法律分析：根据《军队贯彻实施〈婚姻法〉若干问题的规定》，现役军人在处理婚姻关系上，应当模范遵守《民法典》，尊重社会公德，不得未婚同居，不得发生婚外性关系。由此看来，军人婚前同居不犯法，但是违反部队规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十九条明知是现役军人的配偶而与之同居或者结婚的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。利用职权、从属关系，以胁迫手段奸淫现役军人的妻子的，依照本法第二百三十六条的规定定罪处罚。
