释义	法律分析：子女不一定对后妈后爸存在赡养义务。如果子女与继父母形成了抚养关系的，则继子女就对继父母负有赡养义务；反之没有形成抚养关系的，则对继父母就不存在赡养义务。所谓抚养关系就是生父或母与继母或父再婚时，继父或母对其承担了部分或全部的生活教育费，这就视为继父母与继子女形成了抚养关系。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零七十二条，继父母与继子女间，不得虐待或者歧视。继父或者继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利义务关系，适用本法关于父母子女关系的规定。
