释义	目前在我国相关的法律中，对信托财产的所有权的问题没有作出明确的规定。但主流观点认为，我国的信托财产的所有权归受益人。对于信托财产的所有权在我国法律上是没有硬性规定的，应当根据实际情况而定。法律依据《中华人民共和国信托法》第五十四条信托终止的，信托财产归属于信托文件规定的人；信托文件未规定的，按下列顺序确定归属：（一）受益人或者其继承人；（二）委托人或者其继承人。
