释义	法律分析: 合同签订之后，任何一方想进行合同修改的，必须告知对方，经双方协商一致同意后，重新签订合同或在原合同相应条款作修改或补充，并在修改地方加盖双方公章(个人手印)。若只有口头答应但没有对合同做修改或者没有在任何一处有修改变动的地方盖章(手印)，视为无效，合同维持原有内容继续生效。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。
