释义	根据劳动部办公厅《关于劳动期限问题的复函》(劳办力字[1992]2号)的规定，劳动的起算时间，一般应从劳动关系双方在劳动上签字之日起计算;如果在中明确了生效日期，则从生效日期起计算。关于的截止时间，应以劳动期限最后一天的24时为准;如果有工作任务而超过最后一天24时的，应以完成工作任务的时间为准。
