释义	劳务派遣合同除另行约定生效条件外，合同一般自双方签订之日起生效，若是合同中存在欺诈、胁迫、损害第三人或公共利益等情况，可以主张合同无效;若是劳务派遣合同中存在重大误解、显失公平等情况，可要求撤销。法律依据《民法典》第一百四十八条，一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
