最低工资标准和最低生活保障的不同?
释义
最低工资标准是指的最低工资保障制度，由各个省自治区直辖市来进行确定。最低生活费是指的居民的最低生活保障。二者不能等同。也不是同一个概念。国家实行最低工资保障制度，最低工资的具体标准是由自治区省市人民政府来进行制定。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第四十八条 国家实行最低工资保障制度。最低工资的具体标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定，报国务院备案。用人单位支付劳动者的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。
